
Alex Bointa is a distinguished public servant, economist, and community development advocate from Owa Alero in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Delta State University, Abraka, in 2019 and subsequently obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from the same institution in 2023. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics at the University of Benin.
Alex serves as the Councilor representing Federal Ward 4 in the Legislative Arm of Ika North East Local Government Council. In addition, he holds the position of Deputy Managing Director at Rural Linkage Network, a non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of orphans and vulnerable children.
A passionate advocate for grassroots development, economic empowerment, and humanitarian service, Alex remains dedicated to fostering sustainable community growth and improving the well-being of the people he serves.
